Start with two of your favorite nails polishes and a nail art pen. Pick a color combination that works together, I chose Sally Hansen‘s “Golden Rule“, OPI‘s “Uh-Oh Roll Down the Window” (who named that?), and the Sally Hansen nail art pen in black.
The first step is to paint your base color. It should be the lightest color because you’ll be layering on top of it.
With your next color, make random spots/blobs on your nails. I chose glitter because it’s adorable, but any color will work.
Then trace around parts of the spots with the nail art pen and add a couple extra spots.
